Super awesome place, Eugene in particular is amazing. Had a headlight out in a pinch so came to AutoZone and he even changed it for us free of charge! Would definitely come back.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the AutoZone store located at 270 Bay St, Staten Island, NY. Today, June 16, at approximately 10:45 AM, I came to the store to return an online order that I had purchased through my AutoZone account. According to AutoZone’s website, online purchases can be returned at any AutoZone location, and my order page even provides a barcode specifically for in-store returns. I bought a part on this store to pick up in another store came back to cancel the transaction and was denied with a bad attitude saying they needed the item present, I ask the person to call the store and confirm that I didn’t pick it up and he answer with a bad attitude and said no. This is the last time buying here, the bad attitude is unnecessary. Bad place to do business. 8:24 pm Sunday June 14/2026
