I am now giving a one star review for Romel or whatever his name is. Very passively rude manager who tries to own the place and doesn’t fit the customer needs. My original purchase was in card for a tie rod end remover tool but it was the wrong size so I went back and returned it. The employee Bob who was GREAT helped me get the correct tool for rental and refunded my old purchase as store credit to be used immediately. The wonderful men at this store went over and above in customer service!! Mr Gonzalez helped me for over an hour changing out the key fob for my Mazda By helping me he saved my family $500 No one I knew could help me with this Thank You again Mr. Gonzalez ! Always come to this Auto Store for all your needs and questions...

I’d give this place 0 stars if it would let me, sold me the wrong part 2 times charged me for the part I was trying to buy, and when I ask for refund I couldn’t even get a manager or his name for the authorization of the refund. Turn around and go somewhere esle they are useless.
