RecommendedI received the best customer service at the Harrisburg location . I called because my truck’s AC filter was making a noise and released a nasty smell upon turning the AC on . I gave that exact description and Michael said there must be something wrong with the cabin filter and /or something dead inside. I got to the store, he had set aside the part under my name and took the time to change the filter AND remove the dead animal inside. Very bad customer service, Employees have no idea what they are doing. Apparently they do not have the right tools to change a battery at an auto parts store. Do not go an hour before closing time no matter what the emergency is or they will rush you.
