RecommendedI absolutely hate car problems. It's such a helpless feeling. My car was dead tonight, but with a jump, it finally started. I drove straight to Auto Zone where one of the employees came out and checked my battery (it was bad) and the other employee came out, removed my old battery, and installed the new one. I so wish I had their names. They couldn't have been more helpful or any nicer! Thank you both so very much!! All the best to you both!!
YOUR BATTERY POLICY IS CRAP...!!! WHEN A BATTERY IS REPLACED YOU RESET THE WARRANTY...!!! AUTOZONE HAS BECOME CRAP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTIES...!!! I'VE BEEN DONE WITH YOUR STORE FOR A LONG TIME, LEAVE IT TO YOUR BATTERY RETURN POLICY TO COMPLETELY END A LOT OF BUSINESS FROM MY SHOP...!!!
