I wanted to take a moment to commend Lacy, the manager at the AutoZone on Newport Road and Murrieta Road. I first dealt with her about a month ago when I came in for an item for my vehicle, and once again today she went above and beyond with her customer service. I came in stressed and worried because my vehicle was having battery issues. Lacy personally took the time to test everything and discovered my battery was actually good. Hello AZ Corp, or Branch manager, or Franchise owner, I came in on 5/5/2026 to return some key fob batteries, and I purchased some new wiper blades. The store associate named Destiny, was the most pleasant, positive, helpful, knowledgeable, (funny) and flat out an awesome representative of Auto Zone. 100% And no, I do not know Destiny, and for the most part all of your store's crew are helpful and nice.
