I purchased windshield washer fluid, went out to the parking lot and filled my reservoir. Afterwards, I saw no place to dispose of the empty container. I went back inside the store and was told they will not take any trash from customers, including empty containers of the items they sold. Is it that expensive to pay for trash collection that it’s worth treating your customers that way?
It was July 4th and I was visiting Laguna Beach with my family and my battery stopped working. Dealership was closed. I called many repair shops everyone was closed or busy. Called multiple other parts stores who would sell me a new battery, but all were too busy/understaffed to install on July 4th. Talked to Aidan at this location who gave me advice on the best battery to buy. Benson installed. Very grateful.
