Came into store 6295 at 4100s 5600w the commercial manager pulled an employee in a red short outside infront of the store, where the store manager holly was putting up with dow signs. This is where Vincent Gonzalez started to complain and degrade the red shirt employee and commenced to complain about said employee. Went in to get my oil for my car and notice that I was charged twice for a transaction for a wire brush that was supposed to be refunded. Went in to ask for the refund and told them about the situation and they had to get 3 people because they didn’t know what to do I showed them my receipts. Can’t show or give a part that I don’t have that was returned to them.
