Great service. Went out of their way to help me today
Last few times I’ve been there the workers have been entirely clueless and hard to work with. Recently, I tried to return an unused part that I had purchased at a different location while I was out of town. They made such a big deal out of it even though everything I found online said you can buy parts at location A and return them to locationB no problem. I went to a different location the next day and they processed the return with no hesitation or frustration.
They helped me with all of my questions and even helped me figure out which specialty wiper blades I needed!! HIGH RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
Just went in to replace my key battery and the manager on duty, Miguel, told me he couldn’t help me replace it because he was scared to get sued if he broke my key fob. I proceeded to ask what kind of battery I needed so I could do it myself and instead asking further questions he just showed me where the batteries were and basically told me to figure it out myself. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. The next store helped me out with no problem and even replaced the battery themselves.
Worst customer service EVER!!! Some woman employee with purple hair just kept walking by me. I tried to get her attention but she looked at me and walked by. She wasn't even doing anything. Just walking around. She wasn't looking at the shelves or anything. The other lady, Alluora I think, was trying to take care of a line of people. It was a really long wait but at least she was trying. Complete waste of time. This location has been going down hill for a while but this is BAD.
