Went in to get my oil for my car and notice that I was charged twice for a transaction for a wire brush that was supposed to be refunded. Went in to ask for the refund and told them about the situation and they had to get 3 people because they didn’t know what to do I showed them my receipts. Can’t show or give a part that I don’t have that was returned to them. There has to be a faster system to look up car parts than autozone uses. I feel this inefficiency hinders customer service and time in line
