I’ve been coming to this location for years, but I just got the best service I’ve ever gotten. Gonzo the Sales manager goes far and beyond to help his customers. He helped me replace my battery with no hassle or anything. He’s was insanely nice and understanding the whole time. Amazing service Mr. gonzo
Giving this place a 1 star since my dad got what he needed. My initial problem with this place is how one of the employees asked if my dad speaks English after he had asked for help IN ENGLISH. The employee brought him the wrong air filter and when my dad said he wanted a specific one, the guy said "its the same thing." Eventually he got the right one we wanted. I unfortunately don't have a name to the employee.
Friendly staff, I use AutoZone Everytime I do brakes because you can buy lifetime warranty brakes so you basically buy them replace them on your car and they refund the used up ones. So it ends up free Monday Labor. Sadly my wife was correct.... that I didn't change her current cars brakes, it was her other car and I couldn't do the warranty part this time but I can next. time.
This store andits manager wouldnt return it with the receipt and the package dont buy anything from this store they with screw u in the end poor manager and employes
