The old lady that works there is rude and not the brightest I asked for a screw driver to tighter a clamp and she said we don’t do that here we’re not mechanics and said I’d have to by the tools myself.

This store denied us the return of car bulbs that were unused, and in original packaging (although opened) within 90 days. Please note this is a violation of your own written agreement ON THE RECEIPT, and the FTC Act that protects consumers from UNFAIR OR DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. Kindly educate the manager of the federal regulations they are violating by denying the return of UNUSED bulbs that were no longer needed due to a bigger issue being identified with the car.
