I am only giving 5 stars because of Roxie. She is amazing, when i needed help changing out my light and the guys in the store gave me the 'Ugh' attitude, Roxie stepped up and said "I got you girl, come on" She helped me out and it took her less than a minute. She is Bad Ass!!! Thank you Roxie!!

I have been going to the store for many years and today need to warranty brakes. Manager Tiffany spent know anything about automotive obviously. She wanted me to take the brakes off both sides of my truck and set the truck back down to take the other side off. Not willing to help in any way at all. Horrible customer service. And was already rude because the employee asked her to cover while he did a code check for someone else. Horrible way to be.....
This place is a horrible place don’t ever come here. They accused my grandfather of trying to hold up their store and he’s 84 years old and can barley walk. I hope the person who worked their who made this false police call gets fired. I’m warning you people this place is messed up and doesn’t deserve your business. If I could give 0 Stars I would. This place is scum.
