Caden was truly the biggest lifesaver I could have asked for! He checked our battery, made sure I knew that I had a warranty, and went above and beyond to help us with our car situation. I went to Auto Zone this morning in hopes of getting help with my battery terminal. The store manager, James not only foud the terminal I needed but he graciously offered to replace the old terminal with the new one. And insured my car would start so my kids and I could finish our back to school shopping. His knowledge and customer service was greatly appreciated.
Desmond and the crew here were super helpful. Speaking from personally experience, these guys are great and want to help you out.
We were having trouble with our battery. Patrick at the League City location hooked us up with a warranty battery and had us back on the road within 30 minutes
Not sure how raises work here but Susan needs one. She was so helpful getting my battery replaced doing it for me. I can't say how amazing she is and the two gentleman that helped as well. Thanks for the outstanding service today . Susan is a real one
