Terrible customer service by half the employees saturday 8-22 evening. Line out the door
By far the worst customer service of any parts store. I call I’m put on hold for 20 min it Hangs up. I call back try to explain to the lady it hung up and I’ve been on hold already 20 min. She screams into the phone she has 5 people ahead of me and that’s not her problem. Then hangs up again. The website is never right about inventory and you can’t get someone on the phone I might as well just pay rock auto prices and pray they send the right part.
Assistant Manager Mike helped me with a battery swap. Found my warranty and made it easy. Saved me lots of time. Highly recommend this location. Thanks, Mike!
