No knowledge of there system. No customer service Put people on hold at least me for 47 minutes wile I was there they just let it ring management (i think) said can't look on the pallet they just got after all the runaround

Came in for a part that was supposed to be on hold, they didn’t do that. Waited for 30 minutes before I was able to talk with anyone. And then to say my father in law paid with a card and they couldn’t swap but have never had issues anywhere else as long as it matched.the kid working acted like he didn’t know what I was taking about and the manager finally comes to help and was hesitant. Won’t come back here if I don’t have to, I will take our business elsewhere.also they lied and didn’t even have the part showing in stock 2
whoever the new guy is with all the tattoos in comercial is a joke. unprofessional, cursing while customers are on hold and told me that I did not have an account with them when we have been using autozone commercial for 7 years. Ever since Trey left the W side autozone is garbage. id fire the tattoo guy or else your customers are gone
I visited this location this morning to have my battery tested and the representative advised me that I needed to come back in an hour because they're testing equipment needed to be charged, smdh. I guess I'll have to go to Advance Auto Parts to purchase a new battery and better service!!!!
