I want to recognize the excellent service provided by Laura Rodriguez at AutoZone. She is kind, patient, and highly professional. She also speaks Spanish, which is a huge help for the Hispanic community. She works in the commercial/business department and truly takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure customers are taken care of with a great attitude. I visited Autozone that is in 3833 w broad st, Columbus Ohio. I had been there second time to return few items and the employees of that location since I have entered the place didn’t ask me or even trying it to ask, I was invisible for them even that I was yelling at them saying HELLO ANYONE CAN HELP ME? nothing. I stayed there for 45 min no one help me and then not Worthington fighting for it so I left to another location
The worst customer experience ever, I got in the store and I see an associate and said “hello excuse me” and completely ignore me I thought he didn’t hear me so I said lauder “hello excuse me” and look at me and left.. waited like 20 minutes and they never help me they are just the worst staff.
