I don't have to go here often but when I do I'm so pleased with how helpful the people who work here have been to me, especially Mr. Black. He patiently answered all my questions and I really appreciate his professionalism.
Bad customer service from one guy i heard about his name is black? No bueno.
Extremely disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I came in for something very simple—just to have my check-engine light code read. From the beginning, the employee (Mr Black) was rude and dismissive. When I first asked for help, he ignored me even though he was yelling at the Client to get his number across the store when he could’ve just answered and said hold on one second. Bad customer service, ladies don't know how to talk with clients and showing their negative energy also they try to transfer their stress to others!!!
Rude and condescending people work here. They really like to insult customers when they’re in the store and cuss really loud so everyone can hear. I get working retail sucks, I’ve been there, but there’s no excuse for this type of behavior. These people should be fired honestly.
