Fast and friendly service
I had such a great experience today with Devyn and then later Matthew when dealing with a battery issue. Devyn researched the purchase and found that the battery I had (that might be bad) was under warranty. He said he would charge it to confirm the condition of the battery. When I returned, I had the pleasure of working with Matthew. Matthew informed me that the battery was in fact dead, but covered under warranty.
