Beyond terrible first got sold front pads then tried to sell me a set of rear pads that where identical to the front ones then he was telling me I was wrong then I had him bring out another box and they matched just terrible if it wasn't late at night and needed to leave for a road trip I'd never go there also had to argue about the difference he didn't understand I paid cash wanted to give me in store credit and me pay full price like wtf.
I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to store manager, Mike, and another employee, Ian, who seriously went above and beyond for my family. We traveled to Sheboygan from Missouri for vacation and while there, my battery light came on. We had it checked at the N. 13th St. location and it turned out to be the alternator. That location didn't have the part we needed but sent us to Mike's store, where, not only did he have the part we needed, HE REPLACED IT FOR US! These guys are truly superb and deserve to be recognized!
