RecommendedAug 19, 2020 I was stuck at Derby driving range after thinking my battery was dead. My friend and I tried to jump start it, but it didn’t work. I called up autozone and explained the situation. Austin the manager came over on his lunch break and took a look. He took me back to the store to get a new battery. He then brought back to Derby. Manager cost my father nearly $300 in labor cost, after selling him the wrong part. After installing the ECC he sold to us, towed it to the Ford dealership, just to find the ECC he sold us, was for a 3.8L v6 Windstar, not a 4.6L V8 Expedition. When we expressed we had to eat the cost of labor, manager exclaims "thats not my problem!"
Great customer service and the gentleman even put my new wiper on for me!
