Came in for a batter status ; if I needed a recharge or a new one. Mike hands down diagnosed the situation in a split second and after that walked out with a new battery and 1000 percent satisfied. Amazing service, less than 10min for installation and diagnosis.
The service was terrible and below standard
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere staff. Joshua was outstandingly helpful and turned my dead battery fiasco into a manageable, informed and easy fix. Plus AutoZone had the battery I needed in stock (with options) as opposed to WalMart.
Josh deserves a raise. I came in looking to diagnose a check-engine light and Josh was the solution. He not only ordered the exact right parts, but the next day when they arrived he let me use the store’s tools to install them myself. That alone was already above and beyond. Then it started raining… and Josh came outside, stayed out there with me for about two hours, and walked me through the entire job while still helping other customers.
