Had what I needed and the only one open on the holiday weekend of Labor Day.
Had a great experience! Good customer service and my part arrived right on time. I'm struggling to recall the name of the awesome sales guy - he was short, a bit bulky, and had a beard. Sorry for the vague description, but he was FABULOUS! Super helpful !
I went to get my battery and alternator tested and the worker was so kind and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and was extremely nice.
This is for the manager…All I will say is your attitude towards customers matters. There is no need to speak rudely to someone calling for help with a part. You are supposed to be the experts, hence the customers calling you will need your help and expertise and may not conduct themselves or speak in the same language as YOU, THE EXPERTS. Since you are being paid to help customers, you might want to speak to ALL people, both men and women, with respect and in a friendly manner.
