I used to love AutoZone, but it feels like management has completely gone downhill. I went in looking for an anti-theft screw for my license plate, and the young gal working didn't seem to care at all. Before she even looked, she automatically told me they didn’t have the part. Even after I found it myself and asked if they had any cheaper options, all she could say was she was "99% sure" they didn't. I ended up going over to O'Reilly, and the experience was night and day. Takoda is hands down the best guy here. He always knows how to help me find what I’m looking for and provides some of the best customer service I have ever personally been delt hands down. 5 Stars ask for Takoda he is seriously the best. You won’t regret it.
Had to go in today for a new battery and had two batteries to trade in. The system was being difficult but Tory was helping us and even with all the difficulties he stayed calm and got it figured out! When we go back we will be asking for him every time. Very helpful and deserves recognition!!!
