They don’t know anything about diesels even when I found the part number for them and they still told me they couldn’t help me like really y’all need people with knowledge
Shitty attitudes, poor customer service, waited for an hour trying to be helped when they tell me I have to have my rewards card to use my 20 dollar credit I earned, they said I have to have it to identify myself when I just showed them my ID! Wasted an hour just to tell me that! plus several times I have went in there and their all dumber than a stick when it comes to knowing car parts. Dont recomend going here! Im sticking with O'reileys!
