I am very disappointed with my experience at the Lauderhill Mall Location. I went in there on February 15 to get my battery change. The Tech Bryan came out to exchange my battery only to reverse the connection. To make matter worst my car would not start from that point. It was raining I was with my 4 year old son. A manager name Fernando came out to see if he can assist when he realize the car would not start he advise he can give me back my money for the battery and that's all he can do.
