Went to Auto Zone for a simple rear wiper blade. The guy at the counter looked up the size and assured me he could install it. He rang up my purchase and asked me to wait...he continued to take customers. There were at least 7 employees but only 2 were working the counter despite a line with 2 people attempting returns. Finally he told me another employee would help me. She walked outside with me to install the wiper. That's when she told me she had never installed a rear wiper before. I should have stopped there.
