THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT I CALL AND SOMETHING HAPPED . THIS TIME JJST NOW I WAS CALLING THEN THE GUY ASKED ME FOR THE CAR YEAR AND THEM ALL OF THE SUDDEN HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LIKE 5 MIN . I CALLED AGAIN 4 TIMES AND NOBODY PICK THE PHONE UP ....I WAITED ARPU D 10MORE MIN AND CALLED AGAIN AND THIS OLD GUY ANSWERED BJT HE SAID "AUTOZONE" AND I SOON AS I SAID I NEED SOME HELP WITH A PART HE PUT ME AGAIN ON HOKD WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD. THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT. RUDE PEOPLE
