I came in to pick up a battery and was completely ignored by the staff, who were in a group chatting, and could see that I was waiting. When I finally got another staff member’s attention and asked if he could help me replace the battery in my car, he directed me to another employee. This employee (while the friendliest towards me) informed me he couldn’t change the battery in my particular vehicle because of the store’s policy. Mickey was so helpful! Her customer service was amazing over the phone and when I arrived she had no problem answering my concerns and looking up parts. I was in and out of the store in 10 mins. I am so happy and relieved. Thank you Mickey for easing my worries!
