So rude and not helpful. Every other autozone I have ever been to in my life throughout TN and other states has helped me when I asked for help. I had some questions and asked the guy if he could just walk outside with me and just look at my tire and tell me how severe the leak looked. Not to touch it or spend more than 5 minutes with me and he refused.
Unsatisfactory service here this evening. Battery trouble after valet left my lights on at hotel. Made it there with eight minutes to spare and asked if they could check my battery. Guy told me it was too late and they were closing, explained to him that I had been at the hospital all day with my son. He did not respond and helped the people behind me. Really autozone?
