This Auto Zone was GREAT! I went in this morning to get my battery and starter checked. Once it was my turn the gentleman walked right outside with me and checked everything for me. He let me explain what I had been experiencing. He then explained to me what may be going on and that I had nothing to worry about. He expressed that he was a mechanic for 10 years and that what I was experiencing was normal. Thanks Auto Zone!
Had a wonderful experience here! Buying oil may be simple purchase but it’s the customer service that matters most. My husband and I got to the store and he’s currently using a cane. AJ was so kind! He carried the oil out to our car. Just this small gesture makes me want to return to this store. Keep up the good work AJ. Overall, the store was clean. S/O to the manager as well.
