They used to have good service people there there was a lady that was totally rude. Very short. And I made a comment I'm sorry you're having a bad day. And it seemed like she not even more rude I even told her life is good don't have to take it out on people and then she said is this all you want. I will never go in there ever again they're lucky to get two stars. And there is a guy in the parking lot said yeah this place sucks now. They're slow about getting things. I had a great experience at AutoZone! Morgan was very helpful in helping me find the right battery for my car and made the whole process easy. Efrain was especially helpful and changed my battery for me. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was installed correctly. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this AutoZone!

The customer service was Outstanding from beginning to end. I called another store to see if they had the battery and Karen said they didn't have it at their store but she called ahead and reserved a battery for me. I called and spoke with Dan, he confirmed it was on hold for me. When I got to this AutoZone store they had the battery, it was installed within minutes. Roel G was perfect.
