I was having the worst day ever , my car repeatedly kept dying . I called and was told to stop right in and they were able to run a quick check. It turned out I needed a whole new battery . The team at my request did try to give me a boost as I was not ready to purchase the new battery same day . My car wasn’t complying still . I had a great experience at AutoZone. I especially want to recognize Berleen for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find exactly the right product. It’s clear that Berleen really cares about helping customers and takes pride in her work. Manager Fritz, is GREAT!! He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he help me get a battery but he also offered to install it. Which saved me so much time. This is the kind of experience one is looking to get especially when one is unfamiliar with cars.
