I had a check engine light come on. Was able to ask the staff to help me diagnose the problem. Was able to get a report and now have a plan of action to repair my car myself with the help. The dealership wanted to charge me $250 for the exact same service. Thank you! I will continue to sing AutoZone's praises!
Horrible location to get assistance as a female.. especially! Came in 840am, told no one else there but someone would be in by 9, no later than 930.. “give us until 930”.. I sit in my car and wait! Only to go back in and him tell me NOONE is still there when I Literally just seen the guy go in!! All the men have come and gone… only female sitting out here until 10 JUST TO GET MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT checked! If you can’t or don’t do this service.. take the ish off the door and advertisement!!!
