RecommendedToday I received GREAT customer service and help from Joshua S. at the Autozone in Racine on Durand Ave. (I think that was his name!) I asked for him to check my engine light, he then checked my battery voltage...long story short, he was full of information and took the time to explain things. He is a great asset to this store! I love going to auto zone nice friendly face and people that care.
I have been going to autozone ever since they opened, all my family and friends go there. I don't know what has happened to their customer service skills. They treat customers horrible now. I saw how they were treating the African American customers versus the Caucasian customers. They need to send in some secret shoppers or do an episode of Undercover Bosses!
