DO NOT GO TO AUTOZONE!!!! They obviously don't check returns, put them back on the shelf and re-sell them. I wouldn't be so pissed if I didn't live 40 minutes away and spend over $40 on NEW spark plugs. Seriously choose O'Reilly or advance Auto. AutoZone has lost my business with what they did and their terrible customer service. What if this was a faulty alternator or something and you did all that work just to have to redo it.
To whoever didn't show up to work tonight keep in mind because of your irresponsibility & immaturity a man can't come home to his finance & 1 yr old who hasn't seen him since 7am. This place needs to clean house on bad employees so the good ones stop suffering!! This is not the first time this has happened.
