The clutch went out in my car and the very kind employees said it would be fine to leave it in the parking lot until I figured something out…3days later I was able to finally get it moved. I thanked the guys inside and they were still just as accommodating and saying they were glad to have been able to help. THANKS AGAIN FELLAS
They can't find anything unless the computer shows it the AutoZone way. Bad when customer knows more than they do. Then they retreat you like they are the only ones correct. Also female manager keeps calling you honey or baby! My wife and I both didn't like that! That is just poor business practices!
They were very helpful. Cami found the part I needed, and I was out of there within minutes.
First time here for a new battery, and Jessie took great care of me. He changed the battery quickly, cleaned everything up, and made the whole process easy and professional. Really appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend this location! Thank you
