Autozone had me on hold for 10 min the second time I called 11/15/2018. The first time they didn’t even answer the phone. I gave up. Went to O’Reilly’s for a 10min car battery change out. Super nice and efficient and answered the phone when I called.
All the employees at auto zone are so nice and very respectful! They were very helpful and always had a smile! Thanks guys!!!

I always went to this auto zone but 2 Days ago I took them a battery to get charged and they missed placed it! Even though I had my receipt they gave me! The gentlemen failed to place the ticket # on the battery! So when I returned for my battery they couldn't determine which battery was mine! Well I gave them 2 Days to look for it! I needed to my move my vehicle asap they lend me a loaner which was dead! Unfortunately my battery was never found! It was big inconvenience!
