I was uncomfortable with how persistent the associate was about getting my phone number and other personal information. I asked whether providing it was required to make my purchase, and after being told it was I was shocked I’ve never known a such I clearly said I was good and did not want to provide it. Rome was super helpful when helping finding and replace my brake light bulb. His music taste and humor while helping me out made my trip over much more enjoyable while trying to find the right bulb. Plus, he helped me install the bulb correctly so thank you, Rome!

Best customer service I have seen in a very long time from an auto store. The man and woman who were working tonight on September 7 Were beyond helpful. I showed up maybe 15 minutes before closing I was really expecting to be turned away, but the guy helped me and he never once made me feel like an inconvenience to him. He went out of his way to check my car and to take a look at my battery.
