RecommendedRecently got a headlight from here. The guy who helped me then was awesome. Came back today because a friend told me my “reverse light” was out. The entire staff immediately offered help. Jorge quickly changed my bulb w/ an extra I had bought previously from here. I offered but he refused to take a tip saying it was not necessary. Jorge teased me about Air Force vs Army in a positive way & got to train a Spanish speaking young woman in the process who had a great sense of urgency. Jorge was excellent. I went in for a battery and replacement. He was extremely kind and professional. Made sure everything was taken care of before I left! 😊
Went to get my battery tested and was told they couldn’t do it. Needed to have a dealership do it. Went to the shop right next door, no problem.
My car battery was too low to take a reading, so I purchased a new one. I received a $21 discount beca use the old one was still covered by warranty. The gentleman removed the old battery and installed the new one for me. When I offered a tip, he refused. I am very grateful for this extraordinary service!! That was at the Pine Island Rd store...
Went to Auto Zone on Pine Island Rd to buy a gas can. The system came up with a tax charge for a gas can that qualifies for tax free. First they told me the tax free doesn't start until Saturday. Then the manager came over and said it didn't qualify for tax free - "see, the tax is in the system". Really! Get with the program Auto Zone!
Doc Lawson is simply the finest example of patience & experience... Hardest Working Man in that building!
