While it is true that a store associate is only as good as the person who trains them, I want to thank the manager of this store for correcting a situation by taking the time and care to personally walk me through the so-called process of elimination in diagnosing and addressing my engine's complicated accumulation of trouble codes. Everything we've done so far has helped, and were also necessary steps of repair or vital maintenance items. Almost there! You are appreciated!
