One of the worst customer service I ever experienced
Last week I needed coolant. The young associate offered to assist in opening my hood and showing me where I needed to pour the fluid after waiting for the engine to cool. I asked her "Are you sure?" and she replied yes. I had a passenger in my vehicle attest to this. I was on my way to visit my palliative mother at the hospital so after the 30 minutes, I put the coolant where she instructed me to do so. It was the master cylinder. Absolute worst AutoZone I've been at. They didn't have 5 quart jugs of oil, didn't have the correct common filter, and it took three people to successfully and accurately ring me up for just oil and a filter, with me having to correct them on the pricing multiple times before it got to the correct amount based on a deal that has been running continuously on STP products for years now. Shout out to store employee Januel M. We came in with a bad car battery and he helped us tremendously. They didn't had the correct battery so he helped call around all the AutoZones in the area to help find us a solution.
