A store manager by the name of Raymond saved my day. His patience and attention to detail when dealing with my battery change was something to note. This battery is a pain to switch too. He was so careful not to damage anything else. You dont see that kind of hard work and dedication very often anymore. Raymond needs a raise!!
They had the doors locked way before the time they close. I pulled up 4 min before closed and the doors was already locked .
Gave me the wrong parts for my car!! I got all the was to the shop and they took all the parts off my vehicle just to be told that these aren’t the correct parts. And when I called the office they just told me to bring it back and get a refund. They didn’t try to off any time of accommodation for dropping off the correct parts to the shop, nothing! O’Reilly came in and personally delivered the parts. And Autozone just lost a loyal customer.
