Store manager Amanda is severally rude, when he employees ask for help she yells at them and threaten to demote them, when I went in the store yesterday the same employee was demoted and he stated he doesn't know the truth why he was demoted as he was never told a reason, he was the best manager there the other new managers are garbage.
Online it say available in store called to double check if they had oil pump for my car lady started giving other parts name not close to oil pump came in the store the system crashed had part number ask the employee if he can go find it cuz when I have been at O'Reilly's and I have the phone number they are able to find it hear the guy told me like he can't know where the party is unless he look it up on the computer
