This is the worse AutoZone I think I've ever been to!! I stopped in for a battery, charging, and starting test. The last in the store decided she VIPs do this with a VOLT METER connected to the battery and's WITHOUT starting the vehicle. And she actually tried to convince me that she tested the alternator and starter in this way. What's worse is that this lady was training a new employee in this way. We needed a battery for our car and Dietrich was very helpful. He answered all my questions, and put the battery in perfectly.
Worst experience ever. The "parts manager" treated me very rude and hostile, she has close to ZERO automotive experience and refused to refund me $ for parts that she ordered incorrectly even when the parts were unopened and I had the receipts. Do not ever get parts here.
