I came in confused about putting a fuse or a relay into my car. The staff member I talked to helped me enormously and was kind enough to get me a refund when I bought the wrong part.
Great service
Got here at 755pm, they close at 8pm. Needed transmission fluid badly but they had already locked the doors. I made a detour to get here on time. They should have that they close at 755pm if they are going to lock the doors early. I’ve always thought this was a good store but this really changed my opinion.
The older gentleman was very friendly and tried to help me but the Hispanic woman was very rude and has no regard for customer service. I will continue to go to O'Reilly's across the street.
