Melissa and Matthew were excellent at helping me when I was on a roadtrip and needed some quick assistance with my car!! Thankful for them and their kind assistance!
I just had the most pleasant experience with a young man named Roderick. I stopped in to get windshield wipers in the pouring rain and he had the best attitude about it. I continuously apologized, but he assured me it was no problem and this is what he was paid to do. He had the most pleasant demeanor and was so polite. It made a hectic morning driving to Raleigh more pleasurable. Thank you, Roderick and thank you AutoZone for hiring him.
I walked in and was able to get the battery I needed with ease! Very helpful staff that went above and beyond! I accidentally left my military ID and was just passing through Goldsboro and far by the time they called me to tell me.. they were nice enough to mail it to me!! Thank you again to the staff I truly appreciate it!!
Excellent folks that work in this store, the store is very clean, well organized, has all my parts needed to repair my vehicles, the kindest customer friendly staff in this area. This is my favorite store, I give it 10 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
