I just had a TERRIBLE experience at this store. I purchased a battery at 9:40a, and took it back as a return at 12:40p. The staff I spoke to was extremely disrespectful and would it help me. I just called in the store to corporate and regional.

I hate coming here because the people are rude, understaffed and the quality of the Duralast line is the worst. Steve is super rude and doesn't know much about cars or his parts.
