I can’t say enough good things about Charli H.! My car battery started dying on a day with a 104° heat index, and I had two of my kids with me, so it was a pretty stressful situation. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She was going to test my battery but explained that since it had no charge, she couldn’t get a reading.
