I needed a part but all the stores only carried 1 and I needed 2. Went to this one because it was down the street from the other one I went to and the young lady in there was cold. Say hello, don’t look at customers up and down when they walk in. Get it together! I was super uncomfortable!

Nice and clean 🧼 easy access
Waiting at the register when the manager asked me to wait while he answered the phone. No problem with that, but after he’s done with three calls... He asked another customer what they needed. Poor service and I will not return to the establishment or recommend to anyone else. O’Reilly’s for sure has my business.
I just went to this store to purchase a bulb that my husband told me to get. The gentleman was impatient and had attitude when telling me it wasn't the correct Bulb. He seemed bothered. I refuse to spend money at this location again. Ill drive further down that road for better customer service. It's Christmas Eve, you would think people would be in a better mood or he can always find a job where he won't work Holidays. Thumbs down for sure. Filling out the survey as well.
