I recently started coming to this particular location since I've moved to the area. I'm really impressed with the employees and the manager Brian Lane. The customer service is awesome and each team member is amazing. I recommend the Veterans Memorial location if you're in the Killeen area. Thanks to all of you for the excellent service.
If you meet a man name brian lane.... he's the most kindest helpful human being I've ever meet .. he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road, and for that I am a autozone affiliate for life.... thanks again Brian..
Josh Abrams at the AutoZone on Rancier provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had...he deserves recognition for sure! They are very lucky to have such a great employee. I definitely won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.
