Jim was very knowledgeable and fought with one of my license plate bulbs today to get them both replaced. He would not give up and even in 30° weather he got my bulbs replaced before I had to be at work. Just wanted to let you know what a great employee you have
Jim, the manager of Auto Zone is the nicest person I’ve ever encountered. He treats his employees with respect and you can tell how much they appreciate him. He is more than helpful to customers and he goes above and beyond. I’m so thankful that I can trust him with my car needs.
