I didn't quite catch his name, the employee I asked for help, I was in and out so quickly, but enough to leave an impression. He was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Made me input my own make and model and part I needed at his desk computer, all with undeniable attitude. They didn't have the part, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Dale was rude in the process of changing my battery. Within the first few minutes of me coming in to get a new battery he told me not to trust the advice of my friend (who is an automotive instructor) and that I needed to listen to him. When I asked him to perform a reset for my battery management system with an OBDII tool, he claimed they didn’t have the tool and I should “take it to my friend who probably has it”. Completely uncomfortable experience for having just paid $300 for a new battery.
