Was having problems starting car. Took it here 9/16/2026 for diagnostic, showed them warranty for battery with two weeks left. Their 'diagnostic' said bad alternator. More involved and expensive repair. Figured, needed second opinion. Dealership 9/17/2026 stated bad battery and replaced it. Incorrect or intentional bad diagnosis from this store cost me $270.
I have had Countless great experiences at this AutoZone. They always help me with great customer service and communication. Lovina helps me most of the time and is always extremely helpful Responsive and professional
I had a great experience at AutoZone, thanks to the manager, Lovina! She helped me out with my windshield wiper blades and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and makes the experience easy and pleasant. Lovina was awesome and definitely deserves recognition for her great customer service!
