I'm so glad I stop here instead of going to Walmart. Mr. Frankie is so awesome and was very helpful and kind towards me. Im just a girl🤣who has no clue about cars let alone mines🤣. My headlights were out on my car and Mr.Frankie came out to check them to locate which one it was. He located them pick them out for me in the store. 12 out of 10 on customer service. As I stood in line, I noticed how all the techs interacted with the customers. I was pleasantly surprised, seeing how customer service in the area at other establishments is really lacking. My experience with Jesus was truly stress free and very informative. He was friendly, professional, patient and actually taught me how to change my battery. AutoZone Customer care at this location should be the blueprint for all locations.
