Very rude store manager. Ordered the wrong part even after bringing it in. Then after I told him it was wrong he told me it was my fault and got very rude and said I should take my business to advanced auto... so I did!
Went in to exchange brake pads for warranty. There was an issue but Matthew was great and took care of me and made things right. Excellent customer service!!
The two men working tonight were very friendly and have gained all my business from now on!!
+++Update+++ I was in a few days ago and need some crazy sounding parts for my Chevy and the woman who helped me was amazing, I'm pretty sure her name was Dawn! She was such a professional, knew all about everything I needed and what was best for the model I had! She's absolutely incredible and I also got my battery changed for free by this sweetheart named Alyssa she was crazy nice too! I was greeted when I came in and felt like family!
