I went in to Henderson Auto Zone and received the best service. Matthew was the young man who helped me and he sure knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had me back on the road no time. I really appreciate you Matthew and anytime something goes wrong with my vehicle I’ll know where to come and who to ask for… thank you so much for helping me this evening… you are truly an asset to the business.
Very rude store manager. Ordered the wrong part even after bringing it in. Then after I told him it was wrong he told me it was my fault and got very rude and said I should take my business to advanced auto... so I did!
Went in to exchange brake pads for warranty. There was an issue but Matthew was great and took care of me and made things right. Excellent customer service!!
