Was a customer since the day they opened. Not anymore. Went in there store and when I asked for something I got laughed at by a female employee . So I walked out .I talked later with a store manager and figured the problem had been solve only to go in a week later for more stuff to find out that they had made her a manager. Well they have now lost all my business and some of my friends.
Had a great experience this morning at the Port Orchard Auto Zone. Their staff checked my battery and found it was in need of replacement. They even went so far as to install it for me. I wasn't expecting that, and it was refreshing to experience wonderful customer service. Thanks to Les and the team at this store, I was back on the road in no time. GREAT JOB!
