I've been shopping at AutoZone for at least a decade and in the last year customer service has gone down hill. No matter which location I go to they are rude and act like I'm inconveniencing them by shopping there or asking for help. I remember when they greeted you with a smile and actually wanted to help. And it doesn't matter the age of the customer service person. They all do it, including the manager. It's sad to see
