Great people
True waste of time. No one knows anything behind the counter aside from reading a script. 10 minutes to ring up a battery and find info on a simple part, while he ran around doing other employees jobs. Also watched an employee scan a customers car for a misfire while I was waiting, sold her parts and told her to do it her self. Guess there's no need for real mechanics anymore to do the right thing for folks who really need it. Let's just throw parts at the customer and hope that fixes there problem. What a joke.
