I purchased a 75 month battery last July, yesterday it went dead. I called the store and was told sorry, no refunds. I went to NAPA and purchased a 75 month/18 month Free battery. When they went to put the new battery in low and behold the Auto Zone Battery had a crack in it....Never again with Auto Zone.
