Don't be rude, don't give wrong information, and actually try and help people who come in asking for it. Brock did everything he could to get rid of me except for actually helping! I was told I would have to completely take apart my car to simply replace a headlight bulb even though youtube videos showed this could be done without taking anything apart - which I did manage to do myself. Thanks for nothing! So glad I didn't listen to him, I would have wasted even more time and effort for a simple fix. I guess he just didn't w... read more
I ended up with a flat across the street that I couldn't change myself. Steve V, part of the management team, took the time to try to help me change it and when we had issues with the spare, he was kind enough to take my toddler and I home. We are new to town and don't have a support system yet and husband works two hours away on location. He saves me a cold, 2 mile walk with the toddler back to the house. Thank you Steve!!
